First Week behind Me

Well the first week of counting calories & exercise is now behind me & so far I feel great.
I have stayed under my calorie goal all week and my glucose numbers are dropping, as well as my blood pressure readings. I am so excited about getting healthy.
It makes me feel better physically ,mentally & emotionally.
I have joined the site myfitnesspal.com which is a wonderful resource.It assigns you a calorie goal and lets you input your food intake and your exercise.
I really like being held accountable for my actions! If your someone interested in losing weight & being healthy check this site out..
